Located in the historic renovated Lamson and Goodnow factory buildings, our mission is to serve the local community of makers + industry with studio, workshop, and rental spaces.

A Unique Property

Set atop a bank overlooking the Deerfield River and historic potholes, our complex is comprised of a series of unique interconnected buildings. Communal gardens grace the landscape, and grassy lawns dotted with sheep lead to contemplative spots along the river.

A Treasured Manufacturing History

The Mill at Shelburne Falls is the former home of Lamson and Goodnow, the oldest cutlery manufacturer in the United States, established in 1837. The Lamson Factory Outlet remains adjacent to The Mill and is worth the trip for high quality cutlery and kitchen supplies.

Shelburne Falls is a quaint New England village, home to the famous Bridge of Flowers, as well as the Glacial Potholes, a beautiful rock formation and geological wonder.
